Not an emergency service

Mustercall is a personal check-in organiser. It is not an emergency service, does not contact emergency services, and makes no promise that any person will receive, read, or act on an escalation. Always call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Your responsibility

The app depends on your phone being switched on, connected, and permitted to alarm. Verify your setup with the drill before relying on it. Escalation emails may be delayed or fail.

Subscription

Mustercall Pro (£4.99/month) is billed by Google Play and renews monthly; manage or cancel it in Play. The life-safety core — arming, check-ins, the alarm, escalation to one contact — is free, forever.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loadcircle is not liable for harm arising from reliance on the service. Consumer rights under UK law are unaffected.
